Balsall Parish Council for many years (possibly since the late 1980’s) has maintained the playground on Oakley Estate. After installing play equipment, the council has cut the grass, cut back hedging, provided and emptied weekly a litter bin, commissioned annual safety inspections and weekly safety checks and well as paid for repairs to fencing, gates and the playground.
